Arte Corporation. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following policy regarding the handling of user information in “Scalability” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

1. Collection and Use of Information

In principle, the App “Scalability” does not collect personal information that can directly identify a user. However, information may be acquired and used in the following cases:

1）Sending Feedback and Requests

The App includes a feature for sending “Opinions and Requests”. Using this feature will launch an external browser and transition to an external input form. The following information voluntarily entered and sent by the user in said form may be used for responding to feedback and improving services:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Message Content

2）In-App Purchases

The App utilizes in-app purchase systems (including auto-renewable subscriptions) provided by each platform. Billing processing and management of payment information are handled by the mechanisms provided by each platform; the App does not directly acquire or store credit card or payment information.

3) Analysis of Usage Status

The App uses the following Firebase services to improve app quality and provide stable services. These services may collect app usage and operational information in a form that does not identify individuals:

  • Firebase Analytics (Analysis of usage status)
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Notification delivery)
  • Firebase Remote Config (Optimization of functions and settings)

2. Provision to Third Parties

Except as required by law, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the user’s prior consent. However, to provide features and improve the quality of the App, third-party cloud services (such as Firebase) may be used. In such cases, these service providers will handle information appropriately based on their respective privacy policies and terms of contract.

3. Information Security Management

The Company manages the information received with care by implementing appropriate security measures. Usage data is collected in a manner that is not linked to information identifying individuals, such as names or contact information.

4. User Rights

Users can stop the collection of information by deleting (uninstalling) the App. Furthermore, users may request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Changes to this Policy

The Company may change this policy due to revisions in laws or service updates. Any changes shall become effective from the time they are published within the App or on the official website.
